Our tour guides are the finest ever assembled! They are professional storytellers, full of enthusiasm and masters at their craft. Each tour guide has their own distinct route. Our tours are family friendly, less walking and more talking along one of the most haunted areas of Gettysburg.

We are endorsed by CBS Radio, Gettysburg Paranormal Association and we are the official Ghost Tour of 98.5 The Peak Radio Station.

Operating year round rain or shine! Tours last one hour each. Group rates are available for groups of ten or more. Call for details.

Reservations are not required; however, they are recommended as we limit the amount of guests on each tour. Tickets are first come first served. Major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted.

Paranormal Investigation

Join the members of Gettysburg Paranormal Association for an after-hours lockdown paranormal investigation! Johlene "Spooky" Riley will be leading her team of investigators and guests, through the Inn to investigate the many paranormal claims, then stay the night and experience it all for yourself (actual investigation from 9 p.m. to midnight)! Each guest will receive a DVD of their investigation and all equipment is provided. Make sure you get your tickets now, as there are limited spaces available.

The 1757 Guest Suite

The 1757 Guest Suite
The Suite is the original house of Squire William & Maggie Miller, founders of Fairfield. The Suite has a parlour with the original 1757 fireplace chimney, a full private bath with whirlpool tub, and a very large master bedroom with queen-sized bed.
Amenities include cable television, free wi-fi, an iron, in-room coffee, and plush towels. Rate: $175 + tax (sleeps up to 3).

 

 

The Three Colonels Original Mansion House Guest Suite

The Three Colonels Original Mansion House Guest Suite
Named for 3 confederate colonels who were injured July 1, 1863 during the battle of Gettysburg. Offers a charming parlor with twin-size trundle bed, sitting area, mini-refrigerator and microwave, a sunny separate bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathand access to a private balcony overlooking Main Street.
Amenities include cable television, free wi-fi, an iron, in-room coffee, and plush towels. Rate: $175 + tax (sleeps up to 4).

 

The Patrick Henry Original Mansion House Guest Room

The Patrick Henry Original Mansion House Guest Room
Named for the American Patriot & Statesman (1736-99) famous for the quote "Give me Liberty or Give me Death." This second floor room is furnished with antiques, a queen-sized wood and iron bed, and a large private bath.
Amenities include cable television, free wi-fi, an iron, in-room coffee, and plush towels. Rate: $130 + tax (sleeps 2).

 

 The Grumble Jones Original Mansion House Guest Room

The Grumble Jones Original Mansion House Guest Room
Named for the Confederate General who fought in the Battle of Fairfield. This room’s focal point is a queen-sized bed; antiques & period décor. The bedroom has a private bath with original built-in cabinetry & whirlpool tub.
Amenities include cable television, free wi-fi, an iron, in-room coffee, and plush towels. Rate: $130 + tax (sleeps 2).

 

The J.E.B. Stuart Original Mansion House Guest Room

The J.E.B. Stuart Original Mansion House Guest Room
Named for Gen. J.E.B. Stuart who stayed in this room in 1862 during a confederate raid of the valley. Includes a queen sized bed, seating area with foldout full-sized sofa & private bath with a whirlpool tub.
Amenities include cable television, free wi-fi, an iron, in-room coffee, and plush towels. Rate: $140+ tax (sleeps up to 3).

 

The Major Starr Guest Room The Major Starr Guest Room
This Room is located on the third floor and is named for the legendary old dragoon, Samuel H. Starr, who served in the Civil War. The Major Starr cozy, third floor guestroom has a full-sized Lincoln suite antique bed & marble top dresser, beautiful magnolia wallpaper and a cottage-like feel throughout the bedroom and private bath with a whirlpool tub.
